We conduct thorough screening, including reviewing CVs, conducting initial phone interviews, skills testing, and assessing qualifications. We also perform background and visa checks and verify references once a candidate has been presented to you.

On top of this we also conduct thorough reference checks and follow-up interviews to validate their abilities, eligibility for working in New Zealand, and suitability for the role.
