What is your screening and selection process?

We conduct thorough screening, including reviewing CVs, conducting initial phone interviews, skills testing, and assessing qualifications. We also perform background and visa checks and verify references once a candidate has been presented to you.

How do you ensure the quality of candidates?

Our screening and evaluation process is rigorous to ensure the quality of the candidates put forward. We assess each candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit. On top of this we also conduct thorough reference checks and follow-up interviews to validate their abilities, eligibility for working in New Zealand, and suitability for the role.
