What is a psychometric assessment?

A psychometric assessment provides you with more insight into a candidate’s personality and ability, helping you to understand how they fit the role and your company culture. There are two main types of tests:

What type of assessment should we use?

It depends on the role you’re recruiting. For a senior management role, it’s ideal to undertake a personality profile and a reasoning assessment. If you’re recruiting a sales role, then we’d highly recommend a sales preference assessment.

How are the results reported?

The results from each assessment are presented in a comprehensive candidate report. Once generated, this report is analysed and interpreted by our experienced consultants. The results will be presented to you both verbally and in writing, providing insight into how the candidate matches with your role and company. We will also highlight and advise on any areas that may need further exploration at second interview and/or reference checking stage.
