Helanee joined Eclipse Recruitment following a career in HR, specifically within the People and Culture teams of large corporates. After spending time with her family, she is excited to be back in the workplace where she can utilise her extensive recruitment knowledge.

With a flare for connecting people Helanee is driven to help candidates advance their careers, and for clients to find people who will add value to the business.

Networking, listening, multi-tasking and strong communication are some of her superpowers. However, one of her key attributes is in fully understanding the workings of a business and acting as an extension to a company’s recruitment team. By admission her self-described motto is ‘people first’.

On a personal note, one of her favourite pastimes is travel. She has a real passion for exploring different cultures and has lived and spent a lot of time overseas.
