Melissa Ferguson

As a long term member of the Eclipse Recruitment team, Melissa enjoys working in a people focused environment, where she can build strong relationships and therefore successful placements, with both clients and candidates alike.

Prior to joining Eclipse, Melissa spent many years working in Personal Assistant and Senior Office Support roles which is a great advantage when resourcing high-calibre administration and office support staff.

Melissa has also gained significant experience in recruiting technicians and technician support staff across a range of industries.

The Eclipse Team are so happy for Melissa and her husband at the arrival of their healthy and happy little boy, Blake! Melissa will be away on maternity leave from October 2011 until late July 2012. During this time that Melissa is away, Leanda Spilling will be looking after all of her clients and candidates.
